Take 5 Oil Change

I enjoy getting my oil changed at Take 5! The service men are absolutely the most mannerly I’ve ever seen! They answer my questions and explain whatever I ask! 5 Stars every time!

The team was incredibly quick and professional! I needed an oil change and was able to drive right up to the welcoming staff. They directed me in, explained the options, and began work. They offered a bottle of cold water and even changed the air filters right then. Highly recommended! Thanks Take 5!

I was very dissatisfied with my visit I think the lil guy talked too fast pushed products on me that I didn’t ask for I came for a oil change in which in my home town of Warren cost me no more than 60-70 dollars and I paid 101.00 for my 2018 Camry with an air filter that probably could have been done myself!! I will never ever use Take5 in life i can just imagine when the elderly come through and get over priced for stuff they may not need!!! Bad business y’all really should stop the madness!!! Bad business P.s. thanks for the free bottle of cold water I almost shoked on it when my total came up Take5 took 145.00

The person answering the phone quoted us a lower price than the actual price we were charged. Also, they added a $5.00 service charge that wasn't disclosed up front. Even with a $25 discount, they were still higher than their competitors. The high cost is the reason why I will never go back. The staff were friendly and pointed out things that I wasn't aware of, but when on a tight budget, I have to go elsewhere.

I was told by Ashton at Monticello,AR location that my oil change for a 2004:Buick Lasabre would be 111 dollars for economy but the sign said 51.99. He told me that was the price and if I didn't like it go somewhere else so I left and didn't get my oil changed because I've never paid 111 dollars.
