Take 5 Oil Change

I love the Mooresville take 5. The service is always excellent and the staff is so friendly. They are knowledgeable but also will take time to explain anything you need. I especially appreciate the fact that they have several young female employees. It's refreshing to see in this industry. Great job all around team 👏🏽

Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. First time I have EVER had someone show me what an issue is and how to fix it, AND showed the oil dip stick to me to confirm. Everyone was great, will be a regular customer now.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for a state inspection and had my dog as well! The employees were all nice, super efficient and even offered my dog a treat. I always appreciate someone with great customer service and kindness. Will definitely return to this location.

Isabella, Deonte, and there was another gentleman.. I didn’t quite catch his name were all a godsend. They helped me out. They were quick. They were professional and well mannered. I will be back. I just wish that they were able to have better heaters because they looked so cold, and we would want to make sure we take care of our employees. Anyway, we can. Again, thank you. Also so much everybody there had a wonderful happy spirit. ☺️

I had a great experience this morning. I was a first time customer the staff was phenomenal. I want to thank Rosa, Mark and Jay. They did a great job. They really took care of me. I will return they are located on Williamson Road in Mooresville. Thanks guys.
