Efrain serviced our car today and we are very grateful for the experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our vehicle. He walked us through his recommendations and the reasoning behind what should be prioritized, which we really appreciated. Brad, the shop manager, also did a great job keeping us informed throughout the visit. We truly believe we received a great deal compared to other nearby shops, and we were especially grateful for the first-time customer discount. We’ll definitely be returning. Take 5 Oil Change in Mount Prospect is my new go to for oil changes. Brad explained everything that my car needed or did not need and was so kind! He made the experience fun. Efrain did a great job changing everything out that was needed and my car is running great! The service was quick, less expensive than my last service at a different place, and a much more pleasant. I highly recommend this location!!

Honestly, the service was top notch. I loved the team’s transparency, and everyone worked quickly and efficiently. There is no reason for oil changes to take an hour or sometimes more… and Take 5 crushed my expectations. I will definitely be returning simply for the time savings and no hassle experience. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by taking the time to diagnose an unrelated suspension issue, giving me helpful insight and real peace of mind.

Had such a great experience at Take 5! Don was super friendly and made the whole process really smooth. Luis went the extra mile—topped off my oil and fluids, checked my tire pressure, and even handed me a free air filter. Both of them really know their stuff and made me feel like my car was in great hands. Quick, easy, and great service from start to finish. Definitely coming back here next time!
