Take 5 Oil Change

Great experience! The staff are incredibly friendly. It was nice to be able to stay in the vehicle. The manager was training a new employee which was nice to hear all the things they have in place for safety and double checking their work. Free top offs of fluids and tire pressure for 6 months is appealing. I returned the day after I had my oil changed because there was a big change in temp and my tire pressure dropped. I was in and out in five minutes. I will definitely return it the future.

They did a great job! There is a sign with pricing when you sit in your car inside. You can't see the bottom line of it which has an added fee on your oil change. It needs put up higher so you see the real price!

Good customer service however the shop needs to hire some techs that actually know what they are doing. Took 8 mins just to break free my oil drain plug. I usually do my own oil changes and I know for a fact I don’t over tighten my drain plug. So not sure if my oil pan is ruined or not now… guess I’ll find out when I go to do my next oil change. Also techs did not check tire pressures.

Had a wonderful experience at Take 5 in Mt Vernon. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra. I got my coolant flushed and when I left it tripped a sensor. I went back and they were able to find out the issue and reconnected the bumped sensor. They definitely went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of the guys that helped me out!

You are all wonderful!! Very friendly and polite. I like that you check so many items on the car. Plus, being able to come in for top offs on fluids and air. I will definitely recommend you and will be back. I almost forgot the $25 coupn! Thank you!
