Take 5 Oil Change

If it could be lower than1 star, it definitely would be. I went in yesterday with a perfectly running vehicle for an oil change. Today I get in my car to drive for the first time and it is knocking like the motor is about to fall out. So I checked the oil not a drop of oil is in the car. I live two hours from the take five so I drove two hours with no oil in my car which explains the horrible knocking sound. Now my car is ruined and the motor will blow soon because of this. This is what being responsible and taking your car in as recommended religiously take care of my car and now I won’t have one soon.

Matt & Johnny were professional, quick and efficient!! I hope the owner knows just how good they are and how hard they work… They work smart , so they didn’t have to work harder..Johnny noticed discoloration in my coolant and suggested a flush. The tube on the right in the photo is what came out. The tube on the left is what went in if you’re not sure about the last time you had a flush you need to have these two do one for you.I can’t say enough good about how professional and efficient these two worked as a team. They definitely need a raise..

Employees were great friendly and respectful. OIL change and then sold me on coolant replacement and this is where it went bad. On Saturday at 2pm I had the service performed. I live one mile away so I drove home parking car. Sunday morning, I get up and drive point 75 miles to r v storage and point seven miles back home.When I got home, I noticed the smell, looked underneath the vehicle and it was leaking coolant. After an hour, it was pouring coolant out so I cut up a milk jug to catch it.I got a towel and got as much of the coolant up as I could. At eight thirty I went to customer service and filed a notice of complaint with photos and a video of how bad the leak was. At 9 AM I went back to the shop in my other vehicle and talked to the guys.
