Take 5 Oil Change

I’ve been a loyal customer up until now. My wife went to get an oil change. I told them to give them my phone number. You should get a military discount. They told her I wasn’t in the system. She has a military spouse ID. Even sent a photo of my ID. They said I have to be there to get the discount. Well guess what, I won’t be there again.

I’ve been coming to this location for about a a year and I’ve always had excellent service. Today I had the pleasure of charity servicing my vehicle and she informed me of the GMC recommendation to have my coolant flushed. I will have it completed in March here. Thank you for employing knowledgeable professionals.

The time it took to wait on top of the actual service was definitely longer than I would have liked, but that is my only complaint! The workers were so pleasant and kind! Very thorough and super helpful. Always offered any extras, no unnecessary up-charges unless you agreed. Great experience (:

I have never left a google review, but by far the best quick service oil change I’ve gotten. It was actually quick on a Friday, and my attendant actually helped me save money by telling me how to get a coupon online. He asked at the end if I knew how to reset my service light on my car, I told him I could figure it out since he had already gone out of his way. He told me, “no, I’m not going to let you leave like that. Here, let me help” 10/10 Happy Holidays
