Take 5 Oil Change

Excellent service, Sean did a great job reviewing my request for oil change on the previous visit which helped me a great deal and showing air filter to me that didn’t need to be changed at this time! The wait seemed a little longer than usual, but I still got to HEB Curbside in my allotted reservation time! The young men were all very knowledgeable, courteous and Sean always had a smile! Really bad experience the server or the coupon will not work either email or text messages and the local service people especially as gentlemen Sean was not very friendly or helpful to resolve the issue so no coupons were honor and his response was like I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not my problem. Our system is also down for the POS system credit cards. I don’t know what to say I don’t know how to fix your problem. You just have to pay full price. Do you want to get service done or not so I tell him go ahead is the first and last time that I come here? Terrible service at this location

I had a great experience at this specific take 5! Everyone seemed like they were actually enjoying their job, quite fun to watch as well. But they were quick and efficient! EJ was the one helping me with my oil change, and recommended a cabin filter which I definitely needed. But they didnt make me feel pressured, just shared knowledge which I really appreciated! EJ was super knowledgeable, helpful & a joy to interact with! Will definitely be back because of EJ! Thanks guys!

I had the best experience last week when I came here. I do not remember the young man’s name . However, Jeff is on my paperwork. Jeff was truly so kind and respectful. He didn’t just do his job he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. That meant more to me than he probably knows. I’m so thankful for the way I was treated. It’s amazing to see these young men working hard and being responsible. I was also offered water when i pulled up which doesn’t go unrecognized when guests pull in. I always feel like family when I go to take 5 and will not go anywhere else! The service was great and very fast even though there was a bay full of vehicles because they hire the best!!

I will not be returning to the location on Austin highway ever again. I came in 2 days ago to get new wipers. I had trusted they had put it on correctly. They had me test once and it was fine. But just because they only me swipe it once doesn’t mean they didn’t make a mistake. Well not even 2 hours after I left it was raining and I turned the wipers on and immediately one of the wipers came off while on I’m on the highway in the rain. I was in New Braunfels when it happened so I went to the location out there immediately because obviously I can’t use the blade itself. And again it was raining.
