Take 5 Oil Change

Visited this Take 5 in Miami (33168) on Sunday around 3:30pm. I was directed into bay 3, told to turn my truck off, and asked to pop the hood. The worker started doing things under the hood, then walked away to work on other cars without saying a word. I sat there 45 minutes with no AC and my baby in the back seat, with zero communication. When I finally asked how long it would take, instead of giving an answer, the worker asked if I was “in a hurry.” I explained that it’s unprofessional to leave customers waiting with no information. He caught an attitude and told me he would put the oil back in and send me elsewhere. That’s when I found out he had already drained my oil without even asking what service I wanted. I was essentially trapped in their poor time management and lack of commun

Harold, the ASM, and Marcus, who’s currently in training, both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. They got my oil change done in no time and had me in and out before I knew it. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across people who take that much pride in what they do. I truly appreciate both of them for making my visit such a great one!

I came in for an oil change and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, and they finished in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, and they explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.

Well take 5 was a new experience for me with maintenance of my car the team was prompt and fast they even provided water & fans in this heat we've been having. Tasha the manager very accommodating and does a great job moving you right along. I'll be checking them out again
