Take 5 Oil Change

Amazing experience with Alex and Kory! Not only was the service fast; but also given expertise on some additional concerns. Had a great time talking and joking while they worked on the car. Will definitely be back as you can tell they both care for the quality of service and their customers and go above and beyond.

Unfortunately it seems that I always have a bad experience when I go get an oil change. Hispanic looking guy with tattoos in charge on Sunday the 26th of October wasn’t very professional. He didn’t show me my oil level when completing the oil change and didn’t ask to have my fluids filled nor asked if my tires needed air. He was trying to upsell me every service and I said no to every one of them because I was only there for an oil change. I don’t know if he gets commission but maybe he didn’t like that I rejected all his offers. After all of that he was really rude when asking or answering to questions. He made the other gentleman (employee) finish his job for him and was very rude to him too. Don’t remember names but it was a red head gentleman that seemed to be very frustrated that the

I got my whole car done here and Liam and Kory were great they got to me as soon as they could after being slammed close to closing I really appreciate they’re enthusiasm and love they have for their job; great job for both of them

I’ve been on hold 20 min, never got to speak to anyone. I got an oil change this morning and now I have no oil in my car! My car shut down on the highway in middle of traffic. I don’t even want to give 1 star. Had to spend more $ somewhere else to get car fixed

I'm sorry, I did not reply yesterday.I had several grandchildren at my house. The young lady who took care of me and the manager who helped to we're beyond excellent. It was a very pleasant valentine's day for me and the work I got did there was done for my valentine's gift to myself l o l. I\nCould not be more impressed with people than I was that day and I wanna thank you.There were 3 people that took care of me.The manager, the assistant manager and a young man who's 1st day.It was and they were all exceptional.
