Take 5 Oil Change

Came in last night with my husband to be serviced for an oil change. Quick and professional service with the technicians. We were also offered water. Very nice and friendly! And received a $25 off coupon. Will be a returning customer! Thank you all so much!

The guy I dealt with was very professional even after I told him to please just change the oil as I service my truck myself. It has been too cold for me to change my oil outside so I stopped by this location and was very satisfied with the service I received. They told me the price upfront since I have a truck that requires more than the standard amount of oil and he let me know about the difference between the oils they carry and never on tried to up sell me on anything. I will definitely be coming back because of the service. I was about to pull out after the service and was told to hold on and the service technician ran around and cleaned my overly dirty windows. I was very satisfied with the service here.

The oil change was fine. I paid for the premium oil service (89.99). I had a coupon for 25.00 dollars off. Then they told me the total would be 92.00 dollars. When I asked for itemized bill, they were charging me for shop charges, and filter cost and other fees. I couldn't believe it. So the took off the filter cost making my total like 76.00. I couldn't believe they were charging extra for the filter when I ordered a 89.99 service. I will probably not be going back. Don't really trust the kids they had working there.

Great experience! Quick and informative. Elliot was helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the automobile! I highly recommend the Oak Lawn facility! Great group of employees. You could see the teamwork environment.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I first called on the phone to get the price and the store manager Austin sent me a text message with a discount code so that was awesome. And then when I got there, I dealt with a very kind and polite employee whose name is Mason. They did a great job. I will refer everyone to them!
