Take 5 Oil Change

Customer service was good quality work was horrible. They spilled oil all over my engine, checking the air filter. They said it was good when clearly it was dirty then putting back the air filter. They didn’t even tighten all the screws down clearly left a screw, not screwed into anything at all will I go back to give them service again? I highly doubt it. Anybody that goes there doublecheck their work

I was adamant about going there but being that I'm off on Sundays and this place being open that day it was convenient. And to my surprise I was very impressed with the service I received for my car, they even offed for my windshield and tires to be serviced as well. And the crew were very knowledgeable, pleasant,friendly and that was greatly appreciated. As for the price I thought it was very reasonable and even got a coupon on their app. I will definitely return and recommend this business. Thank you for all the crew at Take Five 😉

While I always get good service at this location, I have to say Marley (store manager Midland) and his crew were awesome. Jasmine was polite and knowledgeable, Breonzay finished my oil change quickly and did a great job, Marley explained everything they did to my car and even provided a double saftey check to make sure my plug and everything was OK. Would definitely recommend. And when Marley goes back to Midland will recommend his store to my Midland people.

I use Take 5 in Midland all the time but took my chances on visiting the Odessa location and got sub par service. They have to be reminded multiple times to check my tires after mentioning I was literally heading out to Colorado after my service. They then proceeded to give me a blank reminder sticker and never even checked any of the other fluids in my vehicle. The cherry on top was They forgot to bolt my skid plate back on and almost killed me and my children on the way out of town while I was driving on the highway. We have made attempts to call the local office to speak to someone with zero communication because apparently answering the phone at that location is not a thing. I paid for the oil changes at all American Chevy here in Odessa. I pulled up and there was 12 vehicles already in line at 7:30/8:00am. I don’t have time to sit at the dealership to get an oil change. I went to the take 5 at 3122 University. They got me in, checked my radiator and went over the results, filled my washer fluid. I had asked for the mobile one oil, but they only had two quarts. The young man had said he was out for a week and did not realize they only had two quarts of the mobile one 5w30. He pointed out that the oil just below the mobile one was just as good, it just didn’t have a couple of the additives the mobile one had. I chose the one below the mobile one.
