Take 5 Oil Change

Highly recommend this place. Had the oil leak out of a new Chevy pickup due to a faulty oil filter install by another. Went to this Take 5. Hector was very knowledgeable and kind, easily explaining the process to fix the issue. He and Damian quickly had us on our way. We were very happy with their service and kind personalities.

The new manager here at the Take 5 Oil Change is honest up front and shows you all the work being done before during and after. Very transparent and trustworthy. I was very pleased with my oil change service and air cabin filter replacement service. Throughout the whole process they showed me everything that we're doing and showed me the oil what it looked like before and after. I also had a coolant replacement and he showed me what the coolant look like before and after and also the pressurized machine to show the amount of fluid that was taken out and put in. I really appreciate people like this that show their work take pride in customer service and at the end of the day make sure the customer is well taken care of. I will be back. Had an amazing experience! It was super quick and they had such friendly service, made getting oil change not feel like a chore. The manager was awesome they checked on my tires and washer fluid.

As a Teacher, I find it difficult to get an oil change during the day. Thankfully, I found this location that is offering this service until 8pm on a weekday. Excellent service and quick work! The location in Peñitas always has incredible service. They always provide top notch customer service and always get me in and out while explaining everything and their process. The new supervisor is great plus he always looks for discounts to help lower the price of the service. Highly recommend.
