Take 5 Oil Change

Really frustrating experience. I came in expecting the $45 oil change that is advertised on their website, but was told they don’t offer that option. If that’s the case, it shouldn’t still be listed online. Then after they already drained my oil, the technician tells me they don’t have the 0W-30 oil required for the $85 or $100 options, which basically forced me into the $120 oil change since my car already had no oil in it. That felt extremely misleading. Another thing that was frustrating was how they explained the options. Instead of clearly saying the price, they kept naming different oils and using technical terms like they were explaining features. Most customers don’t know the difference between those oils. Just say the price clearly so people understand what they’re agreeing to.

Had my truck serviced at this location in Plano. Been coming here for years and while service has always been good, this visit was phenomenal. I'm in the people business. I build teams and develop people so it's always nice when I see it action at other businesses being done right. I was promptly greeted with warm introduction and a bottle of water. Her name was Sasha and she politely asked a few questions and gave me a time estimate for my service. During the servicing I observed about 6 personnel working in harmony and seemingly enjoying it. It appeared as if everyone knew their role and how it contributed to the success of the team. The way the team was communicating was also impressive. Was an absolutely great experience. I’ve been going to Take 5 for years in different cities and this was the best experience by far. They were very thorough, took time to make sure all my info in their system was still correct and up to date (which they had an incorrect email all this time), checked and filled my tires, and got me thru in a timely manner. Oscar, Alexis, Hayden were great. They were super polite and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this location to everything.

Been to this location before for Oil changes, always great and speedy service :) Yesterday I went for my state inspection. The team was super helpful, fast, customer service is great and the Manager was SO NICE I think her name was Sasha? She is the best. Highly recommend this location. Honked my horn for great service!

The manager Sasha and Evann were beyond amazing and attentive! They explained everything perfectly and took care of me and my dad! Their crew was also beyond excellent! They were so swift and knowledgeable! Everyone here made this process so smooth! I will definitely return and urge anyone to visit this location! ❤️❤️
