Take 5 Oil Change

My first experience with Take 5 oil Change, was in the state of Georgia. I was impressed with the service and the cost. So, when I learned that one had opened here in my hometown area in NY, there was no other option. And I was not disappointed. Service was fast, efficient and extremely friendly. My technician even pointed out I could get a coupon for my visit, by visiting your website. The cost was great for a full synthetic oil change. This will be my go to for all oil changes in my household from now on.

Wow! A truly impressed first visit. I suspected that once my beloved car hit 100,000 miles it needed fluids checked, changed, filters inspected. I saw the sign and thought this is the place I am going to try. Then I received a message from the car suggesting the engine coolant needed attention. Fortunately, I was just around the corner. I immediately drove to the store and was directed inside after a quick discussion of my issue. I received a through acessement of my car's needs and the store manager Cassidy and her tech began working on my car. They worked tirelessly to change my oil, air filters and check the coolant level which was fortunately, needed dire attention. They filled my washer fluids, I knew was low, a task I dreaded because I am slightly handicapped and find it challenging

Friendly, courteous service. I was given important information about maintaining my vehicle for longest life. Service was completed quickly. I also noted the employees following safety protocols. I will have my oil changed there again!

The people working there were very professional and knowledgeable. They followed a strict protocol making sure everything was done correctly. The shop was very clean and organized and I didn't even have to get out of the car for an oil change. They have quality oil and full synthetic. It was a great experience and I'll continue to go here between dealer recommended services.

Was there August 22nd for an Oil Change. Seemed convenient due to a longer wait at other area businesses and had a sleeping toddler in the car so we didn't have to get out of the car. After leaving the shop I drove (maybe) 2 miles and there was a wired feeling and loud noise coming from my car. Not being far from home I got into the driveway and the bottom part of the car they take off for an oil change was hanging off the car. Thankfully my husband was home and had the appropriate tools to be able to get the part screwed back on. Called and spoke with the assistant manager at that time and went back the next day so they could file a report and being the process to replpaing the part that was now damaged on my car. Called back multiple times and the shop manager will not speak to us. Calle
