Take 5 Oil Change

We took our vehicle in here for an oil change and they broke my oil pan and stripped our drain plug. They banged on it with a hammer for about 20 minutes before telling me it was fixed. When I went in to a different place for my next oil change, they said the damages that they did to the oil pan were so bad that they couldn’t work on it. I have pictures of how badly they damaged my vehicle. When I called and took it back in here to ask them what they could do, they were extremely rude and told us they wouldn’t be helping us because we were outside of their 30 day warranty. Our next reminder for an oil change with them wasn’t even due yet.Extremely unprofessional and I will be telling everyone I know not to go to take 5. The whole experience made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfort

Thanks for the water bottle as I waited that was nice. The whole appointment didn't take too long maybe 15 minutes. They performed more than an oil change. Checked fluids but didnt check everything that the invoice said they did. Thats a bummer. Maybe the guy was new but I was a little concerned when he asked me what tire pressure I wanted. His suggestion was 5lbs under the max pressure written on the tire. That's way to high. Quick AI or Google search would tell you. Or the door jam has it written 32-35 lbs. Im not sure if I'll go back next time. Cross town I can get a oil change plus car wash. Beats the auto shop price but maybe they are more because they do everything they say they will. Something to consider over the quick in and out place.

Great experience! The team was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way and even showed me what they were doing, which I really appreciated. They also offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited — such a nice touch. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone!

New to town and needed a good place to start taking our cars for oil changes, take 5 exceeded my expectations in more than one way! They were not only quick, efficient and safe but they were also extremely accommodating, courteous and kind! They gave me and my kiddos refreshments well we waited. It’s so great to be around folks who are patient with kids, it makes the stress of doing chores like this a lot less stressful. Thanks for all your kindness, we will definitely be brining our cars back.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to Take 5 for an oil change after asking neighbors where to go. I was happy with the way they treated me with respect and patiently answered my questions. Jayden was very helpful and he didn't try to manipulate me into buying the most expensive oil change. They were all friendly and respectful, and seemed to take pride in their work. The work wasn't done as quickly as other places I have been, which was a good sign because it showed they were being thorough and taking the time to do it right. I'll be going back there for my next oil change. Thank you!
