Take 5 Oil Change

Great service overall. The team was very fast, professional, and explained every step of the process. I appreciated that they showed me everything and kept me informed throughout the service. However, after initially agreeing to the oil change price, there were several additional upcharges added, and I ended up paying $160 for a basic oil change. That was unexpected and disappointing. My other reason for giving four stars instead of five is that they didn’t clean up behind themselves. There was oil left dripping on my motor and on the side of my vehicle, and trash from opening the new filter was left under the hood. If they improve on cleanup and better communicate pricing upfront, the experience would be five stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the manager is out working with their staff. Micah and Leah were really helpful and quick with service. I appreciate them paying attention to detail and offering to service my radiator fluid that I have been putting off. No up charging, just offering additional, necessary maintenence. Competitive with the dealerships and their quality and service minus the fact that I don't have to sit at this place for 3 and a half hours like I do at the dealership. Keep up the great work

The team at the Red Oak, TX location was amazing. They all jumped on the car and work together. It was quick in and out. They all were so nice to me. They explained everything, they showed me proof of everything that they did, they even went to extra mile to verify if I needed that service through looking up my car on carfax because they didn’t want me to conduct a service if it was not needed yet. I would recommend this location to everyone. I’m not going anywhere else. They are my team. I don’t remember there names but they worked on 21Feb2026 and it was the night crew.

This was by far the best experience i have had at a take 5! Jack and Daniel were incredible! They communicated every step of the way! They have integrity and that is so important! Thank you for making a stressful errand so smooth and easy! They deserve a raise!

When I first arrived , I was treated with a smile , a great attitude, and a water for my wait. My techs that day were AMARE (Hood), MICAH (Pit),AMARE (Safety),MICAH (MOD), AMARE (Svc Writer). Overall they were all nice to me and treated myself and my ford mustang with ease and care. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.
