This was my first visit to Take 5. I came on a Wednesday evening and found quick service from two representatives who were thorough, very professional and friendly. Service for an oil change/filter change took about 30 minutes which felt quite long. The prices were average and the place is in a frequented location. You will have to go around the back as it is attached to a gas station - signs aren't very big on directing you where to go once you pull into the lot. Overall, it was a good visit with pleasant folks!

This place has been a huge help since I moved to Roanoke seven months ago. I know I can count on the team to take great care of our cars, and they are always so warm and kind to me and my husband. I love the quality of their service, but even more, I appreciate the quality of the people who work here
Shea did a great job of explaining everything to me. This was my first time going here and she made it a very pleasant experience…even though it was freezing outside! The rest of the crew did a fast and great job! We will be going here from now on!
There was a new guy, working on my car can not for the life of me remember his name, seemed very attentive when getting instructed from the manager and was already very knowledgeable, will definitely be going again. Manger Shea ( remembered her name because of shea butter haha) was incredibly knowledgeable and actually knew how to remove the maintenance code on my dash
