Take 5 Oil Change

I highly recommend Take5! From beginning to end, the service was friendly and efficient. I was greeted with a bottle of water and a handshake by the manager. The staff were also extremely friendly, going over my service options and checking my car over during the oil change. They offer free oil level and fluid checks between oil changes (and gave me a sticker to help me remember when to come back). I will be back!

I had a great experience. Giovanni, Bryce, and Morri were all super patient with me and explained everything that they were doing (because I don’t know anything about cars). They finished the job very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend others go here as well.

Well operated establishment that cares. After my second time going here I have to write a solid review because I always leave the place telling myself "wow that was really great". Gio and his staff are super friendly and informative. I showed up for my oil change and they immediately recognized they didn't have my oil filter in stock. Immediately Gio got on the phone and contacted a hardware store and had the part there within 10 minutes. While that was going on they still had time to drain my oil and prep the vehicle. I was in an out in 35 minutes which was impressive given the circumstances. They're not pushy salesmen and just wanna make sure the customers are happy. It's refreshing to see this kind of service nowadays. They have my business forever.

I have both of my cars serviced here. Jace the assistant manager went above and beyond. When it comes to service he is very detailed oriented not trying to cheat or sell me stuff that is not needed. During my last visit I saw him and his coworker look at a customer's car and fixed a loose hose for free. I was very happy to see that kind of service as I quietly watched. Been back several times and very happy with Jace and his team. Place is also service dog friendly! I have had friends also confirm his integrity when they visited. They always mention Jace was great!

Very helpful and very patient when answering my questions during my oil change! They were open during these freezing temps in Rochester! Very thankful for their quickness and they were very knowledgeable about my drain plug being hard to unwind. I will get that fixed later. I would recommend to visit. Oh! And I didn’t have to get out of my car.
