Take 5 Oil Change

The initial greet was great and friendly. Information of my vehicle gathered from VIN # scan. I only needed the engine oil changed and I chose to supply my own 5 qt jug of oil and filter. All good up to this point. When proceeding to add my oil, I directed a comment to the young technician that my 2011 Chevy Impala only required 4 1/2 quarts of the 5 in the jug. He looks at me and smiles and proceeds to keep pouring. I could tell from his pouring and what seemed to be about a half a quart left to "STOP". He continued and poured the whole jug in. I said you overfilled the engine and didn't listen to me. He said I looked and your model called for 6 quarts. I said this is the 3.5 lt engine and calls for 4 1/2 quarts. He relooks and said sorry I looked at wrong model for your car. You had the

John and his team are as very professional and helpful in my service. He was very good at explaining my car to me and what services ranged from needed to suggested. If you do not know much about cars, I highly recommend working with John and his staff. He does a great job of offering great services in a timely manner at a very fair price. I really liked Take 5 for my oil change. My representative Joe was very professional and friendly and informant.He informed me of everything he was doing showed me the color of the oil and the antifreeze. He also gave me good information on other things to look for in the vehicle I find him a very great employee

I probably won’t be back. First issue was you can’t reach them by phone. Ever. I wanted to check the cost before I came. So I drove over and got the info I needed and because there was a new coupon offer I decided to proceed. They took out my air intake filter to try and sell me one which I declined because my husband can change that. After the oil change I bought one and we changed it. Upon doing that we found that they had actually BROKEN the clip off that holds the pieces together where that filter goes. They also only siphoned the oil from the top and I never saw them drain the remainder from below because I was in my vehicle. Admittedly I did forget to ask but they also didn’t clarify. If they didn’t drain the remaining oil from the bottom that’s the worst of the oil that was left in

Recently got an oil change. They did the job fine. The clerk seemed distracted and left me mid conversation about 3 times- no big deal. The gal asked me to turn on my engine to do a safety check but then I never saw her after that. Then the gentleman clerk asked me to turn off the engine to show me the oil. So no safety check on this visit. It was just ok - weren’t super friendly or seemed happy to be doing their jobs. maybe the kids working there were having an off day or stressed. I was the only car there then a few others showed up after me which seemed to make the clerk flustered. I can only afford the lowest price item, but of course they recommend the higher and higher prices. I get it, it’s their job. Just ok. Thank you for the service 🙏 Hope you all have a great day!
