Take 5 Oil Change

There were 3 amazing guys working. You could tell they enjoyed their job. The customer service and conversation with them was professional and friendly. Maybe better signs on how to get to the correct pull in for oil change. But these guys helped me. Said next time they will get me in the right direction. I could not have asked for better customer service. 5 plus ⭐️. I will go back for next oil change. I hope the same 3 employees are still there.

My experience here was absolutely amazing.. They got me in instantly, they was very nice and professional. The gentleman even told me that he checked all my fluids and topped the off for me! Which he did bot have to do, so it was much appreciated!!

I literally drive from Kannapolis to go to this particular five minute oil change because the service is superior. No matter which attendant you get each one treat you with the utmost care and respect. I will continue to drive 30 minutes to get my oil changed. We are also members of riptide so it works out perfectly.

Staff communication and coordination between the customers and other employees while performing the task at hand are pretty much unmatched in comparison to other oil change facilities. The speed of the process as well as the level of attention to detail of the employees in communicating back and forth with one another builds confidence in your customers. Well done. I'll be back for all of my oil changes.

Very satisfied with the work. Prices are very reasonable. Staffing is very friendly, polite, and work area is clean. Will be bringing all my vehicles there for service, and will recommend to all my family and friends.
