Take 5 Oil Change

Chris was amazing. Took good care of my truck and very informative. Enjoyed the water, his knowledge and I bought the crew lunch. Went back today to have him take care of the differential. Not to mention his boss. Those guys are great!!!!

I am pleased as I usually am when I visit the Take5 where Jake is the manager. I see that all that work with him are so polite, respectful and clear in answering all my questions. Today Zach took care of me and was very attentive and pleasant. Service was great in this world where good customer service is hard to come by.

Spilled oil over my front steering and wiring harness, and went back to ask to clean up there mess. Been told to use soap and water

Service was quick as always however at time of checkout I asked for military discount and technician stated he had applied a 30% discount which is more than the military discount. I had oil change done, coolant flush, new wipers, and air filters installed so it was a big bill and discount should have been $109. However only $40 was taken off my total bill. I asked for it to be corrected but was told it couldn’t be done but I would get a free oil change next time. Hope they actually made notes on my customer file and honor it.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully this will get manager's attention. I had the cabin air filter and oil changed. The entire process took longer than an hour. The technician explained he was trying to get the plastic screws to fit and ended up replacing all the OEM screws with "Take 5 screws. I don't know yet if there is a difference or if technician simply did not secure scrape plate. I had oil changed Monday evening. Tuesday morning I realized vehicle making sound. Tuesday evening co-worker mentioned I had something hanging on ground and it revealed the scrape plate bust loose due to inadequate securing by technician. Now scrape plate will need to be replaced.
