Take 5 Oil Change

I've been here twice this past year and both times went very well. I was especially surprised and pleased with the customer service.. I felt respected and nit ripped off and my car ran so well afterwards.. They also have online coupons that are easy to find that took around 25 dollars off my oil change.. And something else amazing is how fast it is.. Rather than waiting it dropping off at a traditional place, I just sit in my car here and listen to music and they have it done in a snap. I HIGHLY recommend going here. Manager is great and every employee I've encountered are great also!

Great service and kind people. That said, they somehow managed to disable the auto start/stop feature on my car and leave me with a lasting warning light. One of them tried unsuccessfully to fix it for three to four minutes and then sent me on my way. If you’re looking for a nice social interaction, head on in. If you’re looking for your vehicle’s electronics to not be negatively impacted via a basic oil change (and be charged for it), head elsewhere.

Friendly staff, and affordable! I like the ability to top off fluids for free until next oil change. Free water bottle was great. They forgot to fill up my tires with air, but no biggie.

Stripped my drain plug. Didn’t realize at the time until I went back to my old oil change place and they told me. When I was at Take 5, it took an hour to get my oil changed. All that was communicated was that my vehicle was slow to drain the oil. Little did I know they damaged my vehicle. I will not be coming back and I will not be referring people to this business. Mistakes are made but it’s best to COMMUNICATE and offer to amend said issue. Thanks Take 5 for a stripped oil plug!
