I just wanted to shout out Logan, Ryan , & Christian! I went there on Friday and had a great experience! Very respectful, helpful, and kind. I got a bottle of water, they made sure to ask every time they reached in my car (because I didnt know where anything was), they did not pressure me at all to buy extras but they still explained everything to me so i was knowledgeable and maybe ill get it next time when i am not in a rush. I will be going back to this specific location ☺️☺️
Everyone on the staff was so nice and helpful! It was the first time I had to go for an oil change in a long time, so I was clueless, but they didn't make me feel any type of way about it. They topped off everything they could and took great care of me. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who I spoke with, because he was just amazing. I'll have to update with his name after my next oil change!
Ryan was excellent. Explained everything well and just a great guy to talk with. Oil change went smooth and wiped the front of my truck down after hood work. Ryan needs a raise as well as he communicated. Go to E Main St Spartanburg for a great experience.
First of all, everybody there is very courteous and respectful. Nice bunch of folks. The last thing I asked the guy to do, which turned off the light on the dash that says to change my oil and it’s still comes on about every 30 seconds And I have to turn it off with my steering controls. The only other thing that was wrong was the guy that was working on my truck did not know how to change the cabin air filter, but he was new so that’s OK. They were busy as hell when I got there and they still had me out of there in 30 minutes.
Your Service Tech Brayden was great! He was polite, attentive, & explained everything that was being done to my vehicle in advance. He also changed the cabin air filter in my 2022 Nissan Rogue even though I, my husband, & the Service Tech at my last Take5 visit couldn't figure out how to change it. I will be back for my next oil change & Inhope you make note of & take positve action on my positive review of Brayden. He's an asset to your Company! ❤️
