Great experience In and out without any issues, no pressured up-selling and very thorough job. Topped everything off, set tire pressures and made sure I was aware of any issues they found. 2013 6.7L Powerstroke Highly recommend!!

I recently had an oil change at the Take 5 in Parkland, and the service was truly exceptional! From the moment I pulled into the line, I was greeted immediately. Emma was fantastic—so nice and welcoming, even offering water and fruit snacks for me and my son. While the wait was a little long (one car in the bay and one in front of me, which is completely understandable), the service once in the bay made it worth it. I was met by Chris, the manager, who was incredibly nice and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to see more women working than men (three women to two men), and it honestly made me feel more comfortable and at ease, less likely to be taken advantage of. It was great seeing the ladies expertly handling the under-car work and everything else. It genuinely made me happy! Chr

Great service here!! The crew is super friendly and professional. They work quickly but they're super thorough, and they're honest about what work needs to be done. They don't try to upsell which is super nice, but they do offer great recommendations for products/maintenance! The complimentary water and the free tire-pressure/fluid checks are a lovely bonus.

Hands down, best oil change experience EVER. Brought both of my cars here. Chris & Emma really went above and beyond. From their customer service to their performance. They are very knowledgeable in their craft. They filled me in every step of the way & educated me on what they were doing during each step. I felt very involved. Chris changed my cabin filter & sprayed it with my choice of piña colada 🥰 they also took great care of my kids, providing snacks & water for their time too🥹 10/10 recommend getting your oil changed here ✨
