Take 5 Oil Change

There were only two employees working at this location, and I waited over an hour before service on my vehicle began. Despite arriving before another customer, their vehicle was taken first without any explanation. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. I am very disappointed with the level of service provided.

Awesome service!Wish I could remember the name of the woman who took care of my oil change. She did an amazing job. Also, checked the air in my tires, filters, wipers and refilled the fluids to the car. Definitely will be my go to to for 🚗 maintenance. Everyone here gets a 👍 up

Bad experience, the technician showed me a sample of my coolant which was clear in the coolant tester. I knew my coolant was yellow he said I needed to flush it it is reading at the bottom of the chart and was mostly water. I knew better but told him I could not afford it since he was still changing my oil and I did not want to call him out and have him do something foolish to my car. I went home and pulled out my coolant tester just to be sure and sure enough my coolant was reading at the optimum temperatures. So I will never go there again. And will tell all the people I know about my experience.
