Take 5 Oil Change

Edit for corporate response. I have called the number multiple times. The last person I spoke with stated the District manager will contact me in 5 days. No one local will answer the phone. Seems to be no urgency in actually resolving the issue. Last week I noticed I have oil leaking directly from the pan bolt. Spots all over my driveway. Conveniently a spot for every day I had my last oil exchange. I tried to reach the store of course no luck. I speak to corporate they state take it in and get looked at. The tech, (not gonna name is name) your bolt isn’t loose but I torqued it down even more. What why?!?!? So now my truck is leaking even more! I reach out to corporate to see if a manager is working to resolve the issue. They open a ticket and state a district manager will reach out. Of c

I definitely don’t think I’ll be back. I took an hour just to even get my car in the bay. I could have understood If they were very busy, but it was only four of us there. The oil change itself wasn’t that bad however, I did notice after I left that they had forgotten to fill my wiper fluid. The paper they gave me that showed everything they had done and it said that was done along with getting my tires checked, but as I was about to leave, my tires were still reading low and I had to ask them to do it. I would definitely double check that they do everything that they say that they’re doing when you go here. unfortunately, by the time I realized my wiper fluid had not been filled, I was already home and I was not about to go wait back in that line after I had already been there for an hour

When we pulled up it seemed like they were moving pretty quickly. They had us park in garage to wait. There was no mention of there being a long wait or anything. Soon after we pulled in the tech that had us park left for the day. We sat in the garage for an hour and 10 minutes before they even started our service. It would have been nice had someone mentioned when we got there that there would be a long wait so we could decide if we wanted to wait. That coupled with what felt like a newly trained tech doing our service didn’t make me feel good about the job done. The tech seemed exasperated, overwhelmed and unsure about how to do their job. At one point the tech got a hose stuck in our car for a while causing the tech to have to pull and tug on said hose with such force our whole car

I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube in Temple, Texas. I was accompanied by my three-year-old granddaughter, and from start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism. The team was extremely efficient and fast, and I never once felt rushed or uncertain about what was being done. I truly appreciated that I did not have to leave my car, which made the visit much easier with a young child. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change, air filter replacement, or any of the other services they offer. I will absolutely return to this same Jiffy Lube the next time my oil needs to be changed. Great job, and thank you so much!
