Take 5 Oil Change

The staff was amazing from the first encounter until the end. They were all so respectful, nice, and informative during the oil change. Johnny, the manager, made sure that I had everything I needed and made sure I left with complete satisfaction. So a shout out to him and to his tech Daivon, and to the tech that initially welcomed me in with a cold bottle of water and a smile. I am a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Very professional, thorough in every detail needed for my car. Offered the best protection and a little less if needed. The price for an oil chage i feel was a little pricey. YES, the Mobile1 oil is of good quality which i appreciate since i drive a lot, but other places off the same services for less. He did give me a $10 coupon off my engine air filter, which was priced reasonably. Thank you

Tried to upsell me on everything they possibly could despite me having the Chevy app for my Silverado with indicators of when I need to get things done. The Take 5 Tech deliberately loosened my battery which had me request roadside assistance from onstar in the pouring rain 2- 3 hrs after I left their shop. My truck was throwing all kinds of codes. They tested my battery, tightened the terminal and then gave me a jump. Technician said someone deliberately loosened this because there’s no way how loose it was that it did it on its own. After the OnStar tech tightened the negative terminal on my battery all codes were back to normal. Everything showed good like it was before getting the oil change. I travel for a living and always take my truck to get an oil change at Take 5. But after thi

I came in for a free top off today and new windshield wipers. They also checked my tire pressure. We received great customer service and Aiden was so helpful. They even offered us water. I have been q customer at this location for years. There is surprisingly little wait for the location. Johnny is a wonderful manager.

It was really great customer service. A young man named Aiden help me when I went, he had AWESOME customer service. Very polite and professional. I will definitely be back next time I need a oil change.
