Take 5 Oil Change

Very kind funny and professional! They made sure I was good on all points and I really appreciate that! I really loved when he gave me the sticker and said that is not when you're supposed to get your oil changed that is for you to come in and get topped off and us check everything for you. As a driver that brings an extra piece of mind. Thank you so much I will be returning! And they even offered me a water which I thought was very kind. It's the little things that go a long way! They seem to be a great team working together. Blessings!

This place is as busy as a beehive! The employees are courteous and friendly and the bottle of cold water on my arrival was a nice touch. It did take somewhat longer than I expected but I was pleased with the service. They did not have a cabin air filter for my car so, unfortunately this was not replaced. My radiator was serviced and my oil changed so I was satisfied when I left. Courtesy and smiles go a long way with me and this was freely offered even though these guys had to be tired and it was hot! Good job Take 5, Thank you!

They were all super friendly and professional but Jose was completely amazing! He made the process super simple and offered everything but at no point was pushy. They were the cleanest shop and communicated so well with each other the whole time. I will def make the drive back this way next time I need an oil change!

Appreciate how hard everyone was working to take care of my vehicle. They were kind and touched base with me often to let me know what was going on. They seemed to really work great as a team as well. Great energy! Keep up the incredible work!

I came at 4:30 and they couldn't get to me. I called ahead and got a coupon for $25 so I lost that since I couldn't get the oil change. I come from 45 minutes away to get the oil change and did not get it. I tried calling three times. First time I got transferred to a fax machine second time I got transferred and nobody answered and the third time I tried to call I was on hold for 15 minutes. All I got to say is wow to your customer service. I will never come to your establishment again.
