Take 5 Oil Change

Absolutely worst service, went to get my oil change on the 14th before I had to drive back out of town for work. Oil change was done correctly but the man urge me to get a coolant flush when I told him I didn’t want the service but urge me too and I probably needed it so I told him to go ahead. 3 days later out of state in Odessa Tx, my engine starts overheating and I check my coolant and it was bone dry. Tried calling them, I sat on hold for 25 minutes and no answer. Would never use this service again honestly.

Brandon and Jermey were very professional and relayed what they were doing as they serviced my vehicle. It’s hard to trust service people these days but I highly recommend them for your car needs.

I got off work late one night and really needed an oil change, so I pulled in about 30 minutes before closing. Most people would’ve been annoyed or rushed, but instead, I was greeted with compassion and genuine smiles. Brandon and Jeremy gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond even though it was the end of their shift. The customer service was phenomenal, and their positive attitude truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

Phenomenal service from Brandon and his crew Djuan and Andrew. Was greeted by Brandon with a ice cold water and a friendly smile. Brandon was very informative and funny as heck. I love that type of atmosphere. Definitely will be back. Very professional and Djuan was great with ending the service with a windshield clean. Highly recommend this location. A++++ guys 👍

Take 5 oil change at walker was absolutely amazing. I went there to get my coolant changed and the guys were incredibly respectful and kind. I had just had the worse experience I’ve ever had at take 5 in Denham and the people at walker went above and beyond to ensure my car was properly taken care of!
