Take 5 Oil Change

My partner usually goes to get our oil changed, but today was the first time I tagged along. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened, Nate greeted us with some complimentary waters. He let us know we’d have to wait until they officially open as they were getting ready, which we had absolutely no problem with! He also brought out some treats for our dogs (who we had in the car with us), it was so sweet! Once we got seen, it was a fast and easy process. The team was so kind and transparent and made sure we had all the information we needed. Nate, Zeth, and Qmari was the team helping us out today. I wanted to give an extra shoutout to Nate for explaining a bunch of things we had questions about! Top-notch customer service and I can’t recommend this team and location enough!

I had a great experience here during my Mercedes' last oil change. I tend to be a complete perfectionist when my cars are being worked on, and this place instilled me with confidence that it was done correctly. I'll definitely be back for oil changes with all of my vehicles. I also recommend this place to anyone for oil change service. They know what they're doing.

Absolutely loved coming to this Take 5. Everyone was deeply thoughtful and kind, considered my past services and what kind of money already went into the car and took good care of me. I really appreciated how this team of people seemed to work together and I’ll definitely come back. Nothing but respect for great employees with an honest work ethic and that’s all I saw here.

Customer service has been excellent in the past–techs are friendly, they offer you a bottle of water, etc. But during my most recent visit was concerning. The techwas visibly struggling to keep it together. When they were actually doing the oil change it sounded like they were throwing a bunch of metal around. The whole experience made me pretty uncomfortable. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to them having a bad day, but that type of service cannot be the norm.
