Take 5 Oil Change

Top notch no nonsense service at prices that can't be matched. I have serviced all of our families vehicles here for that past 3 years and have never been disappointed. I can only assume that this extends to all locations but the team at the one I go to is run like a well oiled machine (pun intended).

$110 for an oil change is way overpriced!! Yes, they are fast, and no, you don't need an appointment, but this is price gouging. I called ahead and confirmed the price for a high-mileage oil change for my vehicle would be $62, and there would be no wait... perfect! When I arrive, I need to wait 20 minutes before I can ask someone for the price. It came out to $110, even with my 25% coupon I collected online. They said the call center gives incorrect information. The guys were kind and offered an additional discount, bringing the price below $60. The entire process took 30 minutes, which is significantly less than the other box stores. If this company removed the bad call center, they might be able to charge normal rates for oil changes.

During my oil change the service tech removed the airfilter to show me what it looked like, I told them I was going to replace it. I purchased a new filter after the oil change and found one of the three screws had not been tightened, and the windshield fluid cap was left off, and oil that had dripped off during the change was not wiped up. I attempted to call and talk to someone, but no one would answer the phone.

Very polite and professional . I appreciated the bottle of water they handed me when I drove up. I was impressed when they showed me the dip stick after changing the oil. I’ve never had that happen before and I’m in my 60’s. Explained all the different oil options and what they would recommend due to my driving style. I’ll definitely go back. Oh, and the coupon was a nice touch 😊

Take 5 is my favorite place to have my car serviced. They use Mobil One, they don’t try to up sale me. For example, the technician told me my air filter was fine and did not need replacing. But I did need to have my radiator flushed and he explained why. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I choose Take 5 every time.
