We were heading to Valvoline but the line was very long and we saw Take 5 right down the road. No wait and friendly service, starting with being handed a nice cold water when we pulled into the bay. $25 coupon and no upsell pressure. A very smooth experience and easy to get to. It will be my new oil change go-to.

Customer service was great! It always is. I got an oil, air, and fuel filter change for my F-350. I know she takes a lot of oil but at the end of the day the $414.58 price tag was steep. I hope a lot of that goes to the men in the pits because those guys are awesome!

If I could put a half a star I would. For starters I came here to get my oil changed, not too publicly humiliated. I’m not sure what the mechanics name was but he was very rude about the state of my car (it’s a bit rough at the moment but we are working on it) his tone was very demeaning and it made me feel like I’m stupid. I’m here for an oil change not to be shamed out loud in front of every other mechanic. They tried to also pull my car up behind another car and something scraped along the bottom of my car. I felt very unwelcome here as a young girl and I won’t be coming back.
