Take 5 Oil Change

Came on a Friday afternoon for an oil change. Not a long wait at all. Victoria the manager was awesome. The communication between the team there is fantastic! I was really impressed. The employees seemed to respect her. I will definitely be back.

I was treated with great respect. I have a fear of driving into work garages. They were patient ad so kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I went to get an oil change. I expected the cost of the oil change, plus the constant barrage of them trying to upsell. But when they asked whether I wanted some antifreeze replacement and I asked them how much it was, I thought he said $130 and I repeated that back to him with an incredulous tone and he said no, $30. I said yes to a $30 service. I get a total bill for $270!!!!!!! They charged me $145 for that antifreeze charge. I hope it was worth it to them, they have now lost a customer forever. Beware of them lying about costs until you go to pay. I was too nice to say something, but I'm not dumb enough to ever go back to them.

When I come for oil change I requested the nice expensive oil(don’t remember the name of it) that they have. I been told that EVERY 3000 miles I can come and refill car liquids for free. So when I come for my free liquids refill I was told that the free refill only 3000 miles or less! The guy also told me it is time for an oil change. Once oil change was completed I was told by the same guy that I could have driven for another 1000 miles and it was not time to change my oil. The guy also was not friendly or nice. I tried to use coupons that they had up to 50% off discount is up to $25. Before coupon total was $118, after the coupon total is $105. So, no promised 25% off. Very disappointing. I was very disappointed & didn’t want to write this review, but then I got a text from them asking

We were changed to replace an oil filter (as part of an oil change) but they could not replace the filter. We asked for a refund but they refused. Per the dealer, it appears they messed up trying to change the filter and stripped it. Cost more money to get it fixed at the dealer. Would never go back to this place again.
