Take Ten Tire & Service

I’ve been to Take 10 several times overall ive had decent experience with them. The service was Usually helpful, but not the fastest. I usually dealt with a guy named James at the Front counter, and he was always helpful and remembered who I was Every time I called or came in. He was always willing to work with me and help me out In any way that he could. When I went in there this time, though he no longer worked there and I had a totally different experience. I was there to get my front end looked at because I had a lot of movement, Vibration, and rattling going on. At the end of the conversation with James the supervisor I told him that I may need a new tire and it seemed as if That is all he Could focus on From that point on. I don’t believe they We’re even going to look at my front end

Scheduled in advance to have front spring bushings changed in my W900. Dropped it off Thursday. By Friday afternoon we knew my springs or parts of my springs would need replaced completely. Gave ok to order parts. Even went in that following Tuesday to better understand the situation. Same outcome. Ordering parts. Should be done by Saturday. Awesome! Got a call that following Monday…parts weren’t ordered the week before like we had discussed and he was calling to make sure I still wanted them. I guess he needed me to say yes for the 3rd time? Not sure? Get them here! They should have been here last week. Fast forward…after 2 1/2 weeks down I got my truck back. Am/Fm radio has no power, not sure why yet. Great experience. I had a blow out far from home on my travel trailer. Made it here the next day on my spare. They sold me two tires and a wheel at a reasonable price. The best thing I can say is I trusted them after talking to them and everyone there treated me great. Deana was the first person I talked to me and was just wonderful!

Took our Kubota tire and the one that was on the rim and they were able to replace it for us. Staff were friendly, service was great , quick turnaround , and very cost-effective. I highly recommend.
