Very unprofessional doesn’t have working contact number. Super Unprofessional Organization

Terrible service, they make you pay up front before performing service. Then when they never showed up to tow the truck to dealership. I was passed to another secretary that had bad English. i asked for a refund, they with held $29.00$ transaction fee. if you tell me you will be there in 30 minutes and its 2.5 hours later i believe a full reimbursement. once I got pissed with their customer service, I do not believe this is an actual towing company. I believe they tried farming my towing service out to others. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING SERVICE. i have hundreds of trucks towed a year in my company this is the worst by far.

Our vehicle was stranded and I had no idea where to begin. I have never used a tow service before. Called Tallahassee Towing Company and spoke with Matt. This guy, Matt, is top notch! Very polite, super helpful and talked me through the details. I was NOT able to meet the driver, but my car was delivered to my house, no problem. I came home from work, and the car was in the driveway, in the exact spot where I asked to have it set. I was able to arrange for payment over the phone, and an invoice was delivered to me via email. Very competitive rates and very good service. Thank you, Tallahassee Towing Company!

We called for a tow service at 9:50am and we were strung along(being told “a driver should be there in 30 minutes”) until 1:30pm with still no tow truck. They request you pay upfront(260$ for a 5 mile tow) and do not commit to delivering service as expected. If other reviews are accurate then you are better off calling another service for a better price and better service

I called them and they quickly responded. Offered a very reasonable price. I arranged to meet them -- then I had to cancel. They were super understanding and polite about it -- even though I literally saw them drive by while I canceled. I really appreciated the professionalism.
