Used to love taking my vehicle here. The last couple months not souch. Now 3 days later my vehicle has still not even been looked at. After each day being told it would be looked at the next morning. It costs me everyday that truck is not running. I've taken it there for everything. Still waiting on a callback from 3 weeks ago about brakes that I ended up doing myself. About to have to take it elsewhere. Service definitely has gone downhill.

Service was good to start with.. But they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and instead we sunk money we didn't really have on unnecessary repairs. The last appointment the mechanic walked off with dip in his mouth and jibbered that I should take it to a dealership. Completely unprofessional and incompetent we will not be back. Our issue ended up being timing chain going out which it did.

We arrived to Logan, Ohio and unfortunately had some vehicle issues. We called Kevin's and they told us they could take a look at it that same day. They were able to diagnose and fix our issue all within the exact same day! Everyone was extremely friendly, and beyond helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone.

My car needed an alignment heard they did a good job at alignments, took my car there to get an alignment, I am a heavy truck mechanic so my shop does not have the alignment rack for a regular car, got an alignment was told everything was good so after the alignment threw brand new tires on the front end, if you know anything about cars your are not supposed to align it with bad parts so after I got my car aligned and threw brand new tires on it I a week or so later I checked under the front end to find out I need a lower control arm and both inner tie rods and due to them being bad my front tires are now shot only having around 200 miles on them so now I have to fix those things and pay for a new alignment and new tires when this could have all been avoided if the mechanics would’ve done

These guys are amazing! We are here from out of state and had car troubles. Our cars fixed and running smoothly in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Tansky/ Kevin’s service center!
