Very disrespectful and racist customer service. Had evidence as proof. This agency does not explain the fees to you but wants your money. When asked to explain to an elderly person I was asked to leave after I had sat there the entire time.

We are OTR owner operators they towed our semi truck and did not properly secure the drive shaft causing over 13,000 in damages and resulted in over 3 months of the truck being down. Our company has lost over 30,000 in $$ due to down time. This will result in us losing the company.

This place is the worst to do business with. They will charge you for anything they can think of. Window down in your own car will cost you $30 per window and anything else. I’ve never been to a tow company this bad in my life

Matt was amazing! He arrived swiftly, got my car loaded up and delivered to the dealer within an hour. He was very polite, even cracked some jokes to make my stressful experience not feel so bad. Thanks Matt, you rock!!!

I had a great experience with Tara Wrecker! I was visiting town when my car broke down on the side of the highway. I was alone and scared but the driver, Matt, arrived in under 30 minutes. He was incredibly kind, professional, and he knew exactly how to handle the tricky situation with my vehicle. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and even dropped my car off at the shop with no problem. His excellent service made a stressful situation so much better.
