Tarrytown Honda Service Center

I had a great experience at Honda of Tarrytown. Our representative, Isabel, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was able to book us a fast, next-day appointment to address our recalls, which we really appreciated. Isabel walked us through a repair that our vehicle needed in a clear and thorough way, making sure we understood everything before moving forward. She also ensured we had access to a courtesy vehicle while the work was being done, which made the whole process much easier. Her communication throughout was excellent — professional, responsive, and thoughtful. Customer service like that really stands out. Highly recommend working with Isabel if you visit Honda of Tarrytown.

Very professional service shop. I feel really comfortable coming here. Very neat and clean with friendly staff and atmosphere. They make sure you get all the details about your car. There is a quiet room, free wifi, area for snacks and coffee with seats and tables for customers in waiting room while they are waiting for the work to be done on the car. A few restaurants close by to the shop so no worries about the hunger.🙂 The shop is not crowded and your work gets done in reasonable time. (Of course I been there evry time on weekend).

Consistently excellent service here. This is the only Honda service center I bring my vehicle to. The service advisors are all excellent, diligent and personable. Prices are fair and they never try to hard sell or push any service on you if it's not necessary. The waiting area is nice, clean, and peaceful as well.

During my recent visit to Honda of Tarrytown for assistance with a flat tire, I was greeted by Nicholas Lifieri, who asked the reason for my visit and then directed me inside. Once inside, he immediately began informing me that there will a price for a replacement tire and wheel alignment. I explained that I have extended coverage on my vehicle, which should cover the tire, and that an alignment had already been completed recently. He then requested the insurance contract and phone number. I informed him that I typically do not carry that paperwork, but that his colleague during my previous visit was able to look up the information in their system. He followed by asking me who that colleague was and when I pointed out that Alanah was who had assisted me previously, he quickly transferred

I've been coming to TT Honda for years (where I bought my 2020 Odyssey). Today, one of the technicians accidentally scratched my infotainment screen (this isn't speculative, this is a huge scratch that wasn't on the screen before giving them my vehicle) and upon bringing it to their attention, their terrible director Al Nasta's immediate response was to claim I was lying or at best mistaken, pointing to other spots on the screen, and shirking any accountability that one of his employees caused the huge, unmistakable NEW scratch!!
