Purchased a F150 lightning last year from here and that process was fine. However, in early February of this year I brought the truck in for a rear taillight recall and 4 additional "customer satisfaction program" updates. One of which was the heated steering wheel module upgrade that I was aware was coming when I purchased the truck but it was delayed during the chip shortage. The other 3 were software updates and a sensor replacement. 2 days later they let me know I can pick up the truck. They hand me my keys and invoice of the work done and I go to leave. When I get in the truck I look for the control to turn on the new heated steering wheel and can't locate it anywhere. I go back inside to ask about it and they send someone out to confirm it was never installed. They then tell me they

Guy at the counter was really cool. The facility was meh, and it took 4 hours to change the oil. Ever since, my tire pressure gauge has been sounding off. Since they're after market tires, I'm not sure yet how to fix it. Gotta do some research.
