Tate Boys

They were super friendly! I went in for a tire change and the guy said it would be $40. I had come in previously to have a tire changed and was charged $27. So, I told him I had come in before for the same vehicle and explained how much it was and it ended up being a mistake on their end due to a new employee. He went ahead and discounted it down to what I had paid previously. I thought that was so kind and exceptional customer service. I would have paid the $40 but I definitely appreciate him doing that. I've never had a bad experience with them. Will continue to do business with them!

Visit was good, staff was polite and got me in the tires I requested. Staff member that helped me out was solid. They recommended new brakes which I declined as I planned on doing them myself. (Important note - there was 0 mention of any issues removing or replacing the tires) When attempting to take the tires off I found out that 3/4 of the lugs on each tire were horribly cross threaded. I took my time, trying not to rush the process to prevent damage but they were practically seized. This led to one studs on the driver’s side being broken off in the process. I’m now out $150 for the parts for a new wheel assembly and waiting to get into the mechanic. Summary: Front office staff was solid, prices were good. Whoever ran the impact gun on my lugs hosed me. Need some better QC in the shop

They've always been good to me. I take both my vehicles regularly to them. No complaints and always felt like I get a fair deal on every visit. *Edited: also to add i take advantage of their free flat repair. That has saved me quite a few times as well.***

I brought my daughters SUV in for new tires, I was a little leery ( I usually use Tate boys in owasso but this was closer for her) I was more than pleasantly surprised as they had the same great service and selection. They got us in and out in a reasonable time plus thier location is beside several eateries so we opted to get lunch while they did the tires. They checked the alignment and adjusted as needed, replaced TPS sensors and tires all before we finished eating at the fast food place and sent us a text letting us know it was ready. All in all a really great experience (unfortunately she wrecked that highlander shortly after) we did get another highlander with insurance and it will need tires soon, guess where we will be taking it to. I only needed an oil change but I was. treated with as much respect and attention as the three other customers that had more expensive needs. The employees are always friendly, professional, and efficient. It's become my most trusted automobile service company. That means a lot to a mechanically challenged lady.
