This dealership, Javier, and Joe, are the best! I've been car shopping for a while, and dealing with them, they made my dream happen. And i don't even live in New Mexico, i live in Ft. Worth, TX. Worst Customer service! We have purchased several vehicles from this company and for the past 2 years have been having many issues with our most recent purchase. When purchased vehicle in 2020 , we were told it had lifetime warranty, on top of that we purchased an extended warranty. The service department group are a joke, liars and unprofessional. They told us truck had no such warranty and refused to honor any issues that should’ve been covered. All they want is your money and will give runarounds to avoid covering anything that is not out of pocket. No more buying local for Us, no wonder people opt to go out of town for business.
