Tatman's Towing

Had a flat tire, called Tatman's. Dispatch was great and had service to me within the 20 minutes stated. Travis S was my service provider and he did an excellent job. Knew what he was doing. Took care of his business portion well with me. He was skilled in knowing what he was doing to take good care of my car and get the tire changed in a very timely manner. Very polite and professional throughout. Highly recommend! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Travis was sent to me by AAA through Tatman's Towing, and he went above and beyond to help fix my car. Travis investigated my issue and was able to have Tatman's order my hybrid battery specially. Once it arrived, he taught himself how to replace it and then successfully replaced my battery. He even was able to do it under AAA warranty, which saved me lots of money. He was very friendly each time I interacted with him, and I could tell he really cared about helping me get my car back on the road, almost like it was his own car. I would highly recommend Travis and Tatman's based on the experience I had, and if I have future issues, I will return to them and ask for Travis!

I was very pleased with the expedite service of Tatmans Towing. They sent a wonderful man out, Donta Hicks. He was very skilled and provided exceptional service. He was kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. I needed a battery, it was delivered, installed in a timely manner. Thanks Tatman, job well done!

I had to use AAA roadside assistance because my car wouldn't start. They sent Seven H. from Tatman's in Urbana and he was so nice! He was very thorough and polite and made me feel totally at ease while he tried to get me back on the road. Unfortunately it was beyond his control so I had to submit another work order for a tow and Tatman's showed up again. This time Ray showed up and got my car hitched up quickly and delivered it to my mechanic shop. Thank you guys!!
