Donny is a fantastic man he came to get me and my vehicle lickity split. He was kind and helpful. Not to mention the price for this service is great. 10/10 would use again if necessary

I got in a wreck on Dec 26th. FHP called them out. The driver and his wife were professional. The yard is clean and the owners and their kids are wonderful. She was very communicative and helpful. It was a very frustrating time for me. She softened the blow.

We broke down 100 miles from home. The repair shops were all closed but Donnie recommended pep boys on Cervantes. His recommendation was spot on. Professional and honest. After checking in the car Donnie offered to take us to our hotel, no charge. Friendly and honest with a reasonable price. If I need towing again I hope it’s near Tatum’s Towing Service.

Tatum's will be our go to, first call if we ever need towing again. Our Insurance's Roadside Assistance assigned us to a company out of Milton that estimated 2.5 hours to get to us in southwest Pensacola. It was already after 5pm. We called Tatum's, and they had a truck there in about 30 minutes. Truck was clean & professional looking, and Donny was a very professional operator. He had our vehicle loaded in no time. Melinda (?we think we have the name right) was wonderful in immediately getting us a detailed receipt with all the line items required by insurance companies to submit to our Roadside Assistance. Tatum's turned a frustrating situation into a minor problem.

The dispatcher lady was super nice and very helpful, and the tow driver Donald was such a wonderful guy, very respectful,fast and he did a great job! I'm so happy I called this company and went with them. Will definitely use them in the future if needed, hopefully won't need but will definitely use this company only! I had a great experience and fast,friendly and great service
