We have not purchased a car from there YET but I called to ask questions about a car for my mom and I spoke to Tom he was so kind and listened to all my concerns. I set an appt for my mom to go look at some cars with Tom, she was very happy that he took his time with her and went over a lot of things with no pressure. Since I don't know much about cars, he was very helpful in working with my mechanic to check out the Subaru I was interested in and ensure everything looked good. Had an absolutely wonderful experience! Both my mother and grandmother purchased vehicles over the years and this dealership is still amazingly family oriented and personal. Salesmen were incredibly personable and willing to work with my individual situation. Within 2 days they put me in a beautiful vehicle, and even purchased me some new sets of keys.
