Taylor Line Car Wash

I use this car wash because it’s the only touchless car wash I’m aware of in my (sort of) vicinity. I’ve never liked the automatic rag/brush washes, as they easily pick up rocks, sand, another abrasive that can scratch your car. So I use this one. I wouldn’t call it good, but it is a car wash, if that’s a compliment. There is only one automatic wash – the touchless one – so every now and again, the lines can get ridiculously long. From start to finish, the wash seems to take a good five minutes, so you can multiply that by the number of cars in front of you. The monthly pass option is nice, but contrary to what the app shows, it does not work for the self service wash, only the automatic wash and the vacuums. This is a bit of a headache, because – at least for sedans – the automatic wash

I really liked using this car wash when I first bought the premium monthly pass. My experience drastically changed when my pass would scan and then the screen would freeze and not let me in. I have had to call multiple times to get passes added and my pass extended for the amount of times I went there and there was orange cones signaling it was out of order. It simply isn’t reliable the way I need it to be. I work late most nights so when I go for a car wash and it freezes me out it’s very frustrating. I can understand below freezing temperatures causing issues but I’ve experienced more issues with the computer itself freezing than the equipment freezing! I hope they can figure it out because it’s a great service and a convenient location. Until then I’ll have to take my business elsewhere

Worst pay&spray I’ve ever used. Used my card, and the machine shut off after 5 minutes leaving my car covered in the prewash, which smelled like dawn soap. After that it wouldn’t accept my card so I could rinse it off, moved to a different stall only to have the rinse spray dirty water. My car now has a film on it and I’m going somewhere else to try and get it clean. This used to be one of the better ones before they installed the automatic stall.

Awesome experience. I signed up for the monthly service. It was so easy to scan the code on my phone and the door opens. You simply drive in and it shows you a green light and then when it's time to stop they show you a red light and tell you to stop and you put your car in park close your windows and enjoy as the machine goes around your car and washes it for you without touching it. There is a blow dryer that you drive through on the way out. I've been noticing lately that the part of my front window that the wipers don't reach, still has sludge on it after washing. I contacted the company to see if they have a response.

This place sucks save your money!!!! My car was just as dirty when it came out... They wanted to give me a free wash after I complained... Why would I want to go back
