They don’t have enough technicians to service the vehicles they sell. Service advisor “We had 4 vehicles come in yesterday that didn’t even get looked at”. I can’t imagine why anyone would spend $50k-100k at a dealership that is not equipped to service the same vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Before you buy from them walk over to service and see how long it would take to get the vehicle serviced.

Nate assisted me today when a shop I went to for an oil change told me that I needed to get several fluids changed on my Yukon. I drove a few hours to get to the dealership, only to find out the fluids weren’t due for another 10,000 miles. I was relieved that they didn’t charge me for services that I didn’t need, gaining my trust. They even waived the $20 charge for the tire rotation, that I was actually due for. I appreciated the kind gesture after a long drive.

Wyatt in the service department provided excellent customer service. I replaced the running boards on my Yukon XL- every step of the way Wyatt had great communication. When my truck wasn’t going to be ready on time he arranged a rental for me, every step was quick and easy. He’s a great member of your team. I will be back for more custom offerings for my Denali because of how easy it was to work with Wyatt. Thank you.

Had to trade in my 2020 GMC 1500 Sierra. I'm going to miss that truck but needed to get a 3/4 ton. Bought a Denali 2500 from Steve Burgess. He was fair, and no hassle. Took care of a issue for me that the truck had (the whole Taylor Motors team) and could not be happier. Also a shout out to Nate (Service Advisor), he is always friendly, and I never feel like an inconvenience, he goes out of his way to communicate and be accommodating. Thanks to everyone at Taylors, I'm a long time a loyal customer, not because of price, but because of customer service.
