The starter went out on my 2011 Tahoe, and Jeremy got me fixed up and back on the road the same day. Excellent customer service, as I’ve received before. I’ll be back again the next time my clunker needs service!

Always friendly and helpful at Taylor Tire! I appreciate their attention to detail and their honesty. They've been wonderful when they've worked on all of my family's vehicles over the years. Last time I visited was to have my radiator replaced due to a severe crack. They did a great job fixing it up. Woke up with a flat tire that would've had me late to work, but they got it repaired (bad stem) and I was on time! These guys are awesome.

If you can, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I have had Taylor Tire & Automotive work on my car two separate times for two separate mechanical problems. While they did fix the initial problem, each time, they caused another problem! The first time was for a radiator replacement, which was successful, but they did not install it correctly as it caused my engine to quit. The second time was for a power steering rope replacement, which was also successful, but they did not even put everything back correctly. Having to pay hundreds & hundreds of dollars when they cause another separate issue (twice!!!!) is wild, so if you need a mechanic, it would be wise to find another mechanic shop.
