I’ve been going to Taylors Auto Center for 4 years for my auto repair needs that are outside my own ability. Before discovering this place, I’ve never been able to leave my cars at a shop and have peace of mind and confidence that my car is being treated with care, and handled by extremely knowledgeable and talented techs. With unmatched customer service, transparency, and reliability. I recommend them to anybody looking for work done on their cars.

I cannot recommend Taylor’s Auto enough! Finding an honest, trustworthy and reliable mechanic is rare these days, so this is a GEM! Prices are affordable and they get you your car back in a reasonable time.

They took the time to explain the issues in detail, gave me a fair estimate, and stuck to it—no hidden fees or surprises. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I especially appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process and didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I am an 80 yr. old widow. The Management of this shop is arrogant , rude, AND they wouldn't return my calls once they found out the parts and service were still under warranty. The previous work was done there just 3 months ago! ($995.) DO NOT trust your car with them!! AND any response from the owner to this post will be the usual "She's lying". Ignore them!

Quick service, were very knowledgeable given my specific issue. Didn’t try to upsell me anything, very trustworthy. Will be going here for any mechanical work in the future.
