Taylor's Auto Service

The were very nice and accommodating. I accidentally made an appointment at another place on the same road. But I had a gift card for Taylor’s. I called them to see if they could fit me in because I live about 45 minutes away and they were able to see me within an hour of my call. I had my dog with me, who’s very friendly, and they let me bring him inside to wait because it was very cold outside. They were very fast and friendly. I will go again!

Came in for a front end alignment on a 2006. Staff was extremely polite and the facilities are bright, open and clean. Definitely not like some other grungy shops in the Chapin area. They completed the alignment on time annas I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the repairs. Very fair. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Taylor's does a great job. Their communication is clear and accurate. They are friendly, the office is very clean and comfortable. They offer rides and loaner cars. It's old school service that can be hard to find these days! Thank you.

I went to Taylor’s this afternoon to get some air in my tires. Joe was there to help at the front desk, he was so willing to help, and filled up all 4 of my tires right there on the spot. Such fast and friendly service- I will definitely be back!
