The lady who answers the phone was very nice and friendly. That's rare these days. The mechanics are fair and easygoing. Also rare. I appreciated getting my inspection done there because it's been a rough year. I don't even care about what I went there for honestly. I'm glad to have encountered nice people. Our rental car got a flat tire, with no spare tire in the trunk, and we stopped at a gas station desperately trying to add air to the tire to make it home on our long drive. Mahlon from Taylor's Garage just happened to pull into the same gas station, saw us struggling, and asked if we needed help. He was actually on his way home from his shift, and we hadn't called his Garage so he owed us nothing, but he was SO kind and generous in offering to tow us. He sprang into action and immediately said I can help you—I just need to call my supervisor. He went back to the Garage to get a truck with a bigger cab so all three of us could fit. He was extremely knowledgable, and the ultimate professional in protecting the car and in getting it on the flatbed efficiently a

Called Triple AAA while my car gave out in the middle of driving, battery was down, and Jared, the driver's name, came when he said he would and took care of everything swiftly. Strapped up the car and towed it to our desired location. Very satisfied, would definitely call them again.

Took my car there to get some servicing done and when I got it back, all of the bolts along the radiator manifold were replaced with zip ties. Where the technician couldn’t fit zip ties, the bolts where not put back in place and things where left in the bottom of the engine bay. This caused two 40 amp relays within my car and a 30 amp fuse to get crushed and destroyed by the movement of the car from daily driving. Also, wiring routing was changed, where I had myself put wiring across the outside of the engine bay to protect it from the heat of the engine, the technician decided to place on top of the engine itself zip tying it to an air line from the after market cold air intake, as well as ripping off necessary conduit in some areas to keep the wiring protected. On Friday, Oct 3rd... I had a blown out tire while traveling alone on I-180 . I was on my way home from helping my father in Tioga County, and although I know how to get there and home with no map I did not know where I was on I-180. Taylor's had this nice tow truck driver locate me and find me within 20 minutes of my call. I very much appreciate this bc 18wheelers were barreling past me and there was only so much room for me to get off the road . And although I would hope that most people that stop, are stopping to help, u never know nowadays .
